Installation R&D is the shop work that happens before a customer's floor. We review the protocol on paper, build and rebuild the product, then hand your crews a manual and a training protocol. The slow, thorough part never has to cost your customer production time.

Why the shop
Learn it here, so the customer's floor is for production.
The first time through a machine is where the hours disappear. Doing that on a live customer's floor means their production waits while the crew invents the sequence. We would rather do that work in our warehouse in Liberty Hill: assemble, disassemble, rebuild, photograph and record the steps that matter, and only then go to the field.
Shipping the product to us is the path we prefer. When that is not practical, we do the same repeated builds at your site. Either way, the sequence is worked out before a rollout crew is asked to repeat it.

Document review
We read the documentation and the install protocol on paper. If it does not make sense on paper, it will not in the field.

Shop build
The product comes to our warehouse, or we work at your site. We assemble, take it apart, and rebuild until the sequence is one a crew can repeat.

Capture
We document, photograph, and record the critical procedures while the product is in front of us.

We sequence the install steps and produce a PDF installation manual.

Training
We write a training protocol, and we can train your crews.
