How it works

Six steps from the documents to a crew that can repeat it

    Review

    We review the documents, drawings, and installer notes or photos, and we talk to the people who know the product.

  2. 02

    Shop rebuild

    Ship a unit to our warehouse in Liberty Hill, or we work at your site. We assemble, take it apart, and rebuild until the sequence holds up away from the person who has been carrying it.

  3. 03

    Fix and capture

    We write down what the field has been improvising, then document, photograph, and record the procedures that should be standard.

  4. 04

    New manual

    A sequenced PDF installation manual, plus service procedures when the product needs them.

  5. 05

    Training

    A training protocol your crews can be taught from, and the training itself when you want it.

  6. 06

    Product feedback

    Recommendations for small product changes that cut install time and improve consistency and reliability.
