The first field install is where the sequence gets invented.

  • First field installs run long while people work out the sequence on the customer's time.
  • Drawings and instructions that look fine on paper fall apart in the field.
  • Every crew installs it a little differently, and that difference shows up as callbacks and warranty calls.

How it works

Six steps from the documents to a crew that can repeat it

  1. 01

    Document review

    We read the documentation you already have and walk the install protocol on paper. If it does not make sense on paper, it will not in the field.

  2. 02

    Shop build

    Ship the product to our warehouse in Liberty Hill. That is the path we prefer, because the repeated builds happen there instead of on your customer's floor. If the product has to stay with you, we assemble at your site. Either way we assemble, take it apart, and rebuild until the sequence is one a crew can repeat.

  3. 03

    Capture

    We document, photograph, and record the critical procedures while the product is in front of us.

  4. 04

    Installation manual

    We sequence the install steps and produce a PDF installation manual.

  5. 05

    Training

    We write a training protocol, and we can train your crews on it.

  6. 06

    Field installs and rollout

    We run the first field installs, then the rollout, from the procedure we just wrote.
